Mad. Christiana Ohene Agyare last Thursday, August 5th emerged as the new president of Kuapa Kokoo Farmers Union (KKFU) when she polled 1,270 votes to beat Mr. James Anane Mensah who contested with her. Mr James Anane Mensah polled 450 votes.

Kuapa Kokoo Farmers Union (KKFU) last Friday May 15th 2010 showcased a semblance of what set us apart from its peers when it held a mini-durbar at Pokukrom a village in the Central Region of Ghana and distributed over 50,000 cutlasses to farmer members of the Union. The colourful and well attended programme which was largely patronised by farmers, chiefs and people of the village, saw almost all the top executives of KKFU in attendance.
