Mr. Aduse – Poku, Managing DIrector

Mr. Kwasi Aduse- Poku is the Managing Director of Kuapa Kokoo Limited. Mr. Aduse –Poku is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). He also holds a Master of Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana. He has over twenty two years working experience in the cocoa industry.

Mr. Aduse-Poku is a member of the Board of Directors of Divine Chocolate Company UK and USA. He is also a board member of some companies and a bank in Ghana.

Mr. Emmanuel Kwabena Arthur - Executive Director, Kuapa Kokoo

Mr. Emmanuel Arthur is the Executive Director of Kuapa Kokoo. He Holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He also holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Education - Winneba, Ghana.

Mr. Joseph Baba, Finance Manager

Mr. Joseph Baba, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG) is the Finance Manager of Kuapa Kokoo Limited. Mr. Baba’s responsibilities include among others the preparation of Annual Budgets or financial plans. He has over eighteen years experience in this field.

Mr. Kofi Agyen-Mensah, Administrative Manager

Mr. Kofi Agyen-Mensah is the Administrative Manager of the company. He holds a degree in Secretaryship from the University of Cape Coast and a Diploma in Education from the University of Education, Winneba.

Mr. Nicholas Adjei-Gyan, Research and Development Manager

Being a farmer owned organisation, the developmental needs of our farmers are of great concern to the company. The research and development department sees to the implementation of all the general policies of the organistion. Mr. Nicholas Adjei- Gyan is the manager of this Department.

He holds a Master of Arts degree in Organisational Development and a Post Graduate Diploma in that same field. He also has a first degree in Economics and Geography from the University of Cape Coast.

Richard Kyei- Nimako, Operations Manager

This position is occupied by Richard Kyei- Nimako. He holds a degree in Agriculture from the University of Ghana. He has a wide experience in the cocoa industry.

Collins Offei Minta, Internal Auditor

Mr. Collins Offei Minta is the head of Internal Audit of the company. C. O. Minta holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Science and Technology, a first degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana, a part two certificate in Institute of Chartered Accountants examinations. He has a long experience in internal controls and procedures having worked in that field for a long time.
